Meet Susie

I'm a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and lifelong fitness enthusiast who believes health should enhance your life—not consume it.

Like many of my clients, I've experienced the frustration of feeling stuck between conflicting nutrition advice, unrealistic expectations, and the pressure to do everything perfectly. Over the years, I learned that lasting results don't come from extreme diets, detoxes, or starting over every Monday. They come from consistency, education, and a plan that fits your life.

That belief led me to pursue careers in both nutrition and fitness. As a Registered Dietitian, I saw firsthand how nutrition can impact health, confidence, and quality of life. As a Personal Trainer, I saw how strength training can transform not only someone's physique, but also their mindset and self-belief.

I realized that nutrition and exercise work best together, not as separate pieces, but as part of a sustainable lifestyle.

Today, I help clients build muscle, lose body fat, improve their relationship with food, and develop the confidence that comes from getting stronger. My coaching combines evidence-based nutrition, personalized training, and ongoing support to help clients achieve results they can maintain for the long term.

My goal isn't to help you find another quick fix.

My goal is to help you build habits, strength, and confidence that last.
