“I want to start by saying I am so thankful for this experience! I have learned so much. I thought I had a handle on diet, fitness and weight loss. When I lost 50 lbs, then gained half of it back, it seemed that everything I tried would not shed the extra fat I had so easily packed back on! I tried EVERYTHING: intermittent fasting, keto, high carb, low carb, and just about every social media fitness/health suggestion you can imagine. I felt like I was at a point where something needed to be tweaked in order to lose the weight. Clearly, my old efforts that shed 50 lbs before were not good enough. Then I found Susie! She provided me with macros and a workout regimen that was exactly the guidance and change I needed. I learned a new way to structure my workouts and how much cardio to fit in. I learned how to properly weigh and measure my food, thus grasping proper portion sizes. And carbs. I learned a lot about carbs. I have feared them for so, so long! I learned that they are NOT the enemy; in fact, they are very much your friend when you’re an active individual. As Susie said, carbs are your first energy source. My 5 AM fasted workouts were becoming impossible. I learned that consuming quick-digesting carbs before a strength session is so important! It makes my workout much more possible by providing the pump my muscles lacked. And consuming the proper amount throughout the day helped me feel much more satisfied and more properly fueled for my workouts. I thought there was no way I would lose lbs or inches while eating rice and potatoes. Low and behold, I lost lbs and inches after being stuck for so long. I also appreciate that Susie was there for every check-in with advice/weekly adjustments and also there in between when I had questions. She is VERY knowledgeable and I am so glad I trusted her to help me.”

“Have you tried everything? I have. I have tried it all. From not working out at all, to working out too much. Eating very little to eating very much. Every weight loss trick you can think of- at home work out videos, the military diet, long walks after dinner, no eating after 6 or 8… you name it. The only common outcome though, was I would never really make any traction. Trust me, I have been able to lose weight on my own- but never sustainable, and never very much.
When I learned about Susie’s program the first thing I did was read all about it and creep her instagram and to say I was impressed was an understatement. But the second thing I did was convinced myself I could never do something like this. I could never commit to something like this because I have a busy job and a busy life style and it would never work. But thankfully the third thing that I did was sign up. I genuinely went into this with a very different way of thinking. I wanted quick results, I didn’t want to put in any real effort and I figured it would still just work. After planning to only sign on for 8 weeks, I just completed my 6th month with Susie and plan to sign back on in September.
Susie has given me more than I could ever ask for. She didn’t tell me what to do, she showed me how to do it. For that, I will be forever grateful. Before this, I binged too often and had a very unhealthy relationship with food. I would idolize it and place an emphasis on foods being good or foods being bad. Being on this program has taught me to look at foods differently. I used to consider foods like mashed potatoes to be “bad” and with tracking my macros I realized that they were just carbs.
I have never felt more amazing, or more confident in myself. There are truly no words to emphasize what an impact this has had on my life. My advice to you is- if you aren’t sure about what to do… maybe just do it!”

“I can honestly not say enough good things about Susie and her program! Before starting with her, I found myself in a funk. I had previously had tremendous success with counting my macros and finding a workout program that worked for me, but for some reason I hit a bump in the road, and couldn’t get myself motivated to stick with a plan.
